Summer of Code: A Web browser for the OSD

Google officially approved 4 project slots for Neuros this year.

I'm going to post about each of them here, starting with the web browser:
You've heard mention of a web browser here before, but now it's an official Google Summer of Code project, awarded to Ravenexus and it has a wiki page

To me, what's most exciting about this project is the prospect of web tools that allow you to program the OSD (at least at some level) as easily as you can write a web page. That's very exciting to me because the easier we make it to "hack the duck" the more people we'll find and many of the most interesting creative applications are often not low level hacks, but high level user interactivity hacks that allow people to share data and the like. Go Ravenexus!
